Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains subscription cancellations, refund requests, implementation fees and custom development payments.

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Overview

TechCheckouts provides software subscriptions, automation services, integrations, implementation work and custom software development. Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and work already delivered.

2. Subscription cancellations

You may request cancellation of a recurring subscription at any time. Unless otherwise agreed, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access remains available until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Subscription refund requests

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the relevant charge. Requests are reviewed individually. Refunds may be considered when the service was materially unavailable, incorrectly charged or not delivered as described.

4. Setup and implementation fees

Setup, onboarding, migration and implementation fees become non-refundable once related work has started. If work has not started, a refund may be considered after deducting processing or administrative costs already incurred.

5. Custom software development

Payments for completed milestones, approved deliverables, development hours already used or third-party services purchased for a project are non-refundable.

6. Technical problems

Report technical issues promptly. Depending on impact and duration, we may provide a correction, replacement service, account credit or appropriate refund.

7. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, card network and customer bank.

8. Contact

Email hello@techcheckouts.com with your name, invoice or transaction reference, purchased service and reason for the request.

Specific proposals, contracts or order forms may contain different payment and refund terms. Where those terms conflict with this policy, the accepted written agreement applies.
